Tonight on the Tube: Smallville, CSI and Without a Trace

No Alias tonight but big things are said to be in store for this show in November. What shows tempt your tummy with the taste of nuts and honey? What will you be watching this fine night? Get some ideas below.

Prime Picks

Smallville (WB): John Schneider and Tom Wopat together again in tonight’s episode. Where’s the General Lee when you need it? Also Lois goes undercover with not much cover.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (CBS): Tonight the team looks into the death of a mother’s after they find that her baby is not her biological kid.

Without a Trace (CBS): A little missing persons search south of the border.

Solid Selections

The O.C. (Fox): Back after a few weeks off for baseball and supposed to be better than ever. Tonight kicks things off with that nasty Dean Hess still causing problems for Ryan. What is that guys deal anyway?

Everwood (WB): Nina sends Andy and Jake to therapy and Ephram finds out that Amy may have a new boyfriend. Sounds like fun tonight at least the Andy and Jake part.

ER (NBC): I am sure that some patients in need of emergency care will be worked on.

Other Options

Joey (NBC): Tonight Alex teaches Joey poker to keep him away from his hot interior decorator but it doesn’t work out as planned. Doesn’t Joey already no how to play poker, I remember something about the guys teaching the girls how to play back on that other show he was on.
Will & Grace (NBC): Tonight is The Hole Truth and nothing but the truth.

Reunion (Fox): Wow, is it 1989 already? So, what happened at that wedding back then anyway?

No good third primetime hour option tonight unless you want to watch the last commercially interrupted hour of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl on ABC.

Cable Choices

Emeril Live (Food Network): Emeril makes some goat cheese tarts, chicken pasta and some orange shortcake with a medley of berries. Sounds good except for the tarts.

Celebrity Poker Showdown (Bravo): Two hours of poker action with former ice-skater Oksana Baiul, Comedian and Actor Richard Belzer, former TV Superman Dean Cain, former SNLer Kevin Nealon and Nicholas Gonzalez all for their favorite charities.

Note

You will find an NBA Basketball doubleheader on TNT tonight with the early game being the Pacers at the Heat followed by the Suns against the Lakers.
