Tonight on the Tube: The West Wing, Desperate Housewives and Grey’s Anatomy

The 10 part mini series called Sleeper Cell debuts tonight on Showtime. It looks interesting and I will watch it hopefully on Comcast OnDemand as each episode makes it onto the system. With VCRs, DVRs and OnDemand I can watch what I want when I want. What a great time to be a TVaholic. What will you be watching and how will you be watching it?

Prime Picks

The West Wing (NBC): After a live debate episode and other specials for sweeps it is back tonight with a new episode. Santos is going after the Undecideds and CJ back at the White House is trying to avert trouble-involving China.

Desperate Housewives (ABC): Tonight Lynette tries to install a day care at her Ad Agency and must convince her boss’s wife to leave her child there to get it approved. The episode runs 61 minutes.

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC): Rosanna Arquette guests as a prisoner in solitary confinement that puts her health at risk to get out. I wonder which main character will be feeling like they are in solitary and would do whatever to get out? The show starts a minute into the third hour of primetime.

Solid Selections

Cold Case (CBS): Repeat from earlier this season.

Law & Order: Criminal Intent (NBC): It is Goren and Eames on the case this week when the murder of an employee of a computer company is investigated.

Crossing Jordan (NBC): Woody is accused of planting evidence. What do you think will he need Jordan’s help?

Other Options

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (ABC): A recently widowed teacher and his three daughters get their home made over.

Pope John Paul II (CBS): The two of the Vatican approved made for TV movie about the previous Pope.

Cable Choices

Chasing Christmas (ABC Family): An ABC Family Original made for TV movie starring Tom Arnold as a man who is visited by spirits after boycotting Christmas for years since his wife left him. Runs 120 minutes.

Curb Your Enthusiasm (HBO): The Season Five Finale is tonight and runs 60 minutes.
