There are many TV Show Holiday Marathons on Cable today. See below for a listing of shows that will be playing a multitude of episodes today and sometimes way into the night. If you see something of interest make sure to check you local listings for the exact times they will be airing in you area. Happy Viewing and Merry Christmas Eve!

Prime Picks

It’s a Wonderful Life (NBC): The classic Christmas movie starring James Stewart as a suicidal man who gets a different look at his life because of his guardian angel. Runs three hours.

Solid Selections

America’s Funniest Home Videos (ABC): Watch many funny videos with Christmas or holiday themes in this repeat airing.

I’ll Be Home for Christmas (ABC): A California college student tries to get home for Christmas Eve so he can get the Porsche his dad will give him and to see his girlfriend but he runs into problem after problem along his journey. Runs two hours.

Other Options

Dr. Dolittle 2 (FOX): The sequel to the Eddie Murphy hit family comedy. This time we see him trying to introduce a trained bear back into the wild. Runs two hours.

48 Hours Mystery (CBS): In this repeat a Los Angeles cop suspects that his father might be an infamous killer.

Cable Choices

A Christmas Story (TBS): “I want a Red Rider range-model BB gun.” You’ll shoot you eye out.” Watch the holiday classic tale with Ralphie trying to convince his parents to get him that one thing he wants. Runs two hours. Repeated again right after.

Holidays Unwrapped (Food Network): Find out how candy canes are made and other such holiday favorites in this repeat episode.

Sports Notes

You will find NFL Football games on Fox and CBS today. In College Football action you will have the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl from Honolulu with Central Florida playing Nevada.

Hallmark Channel – Christmas movies all day.
ESPN2 – Five episodes of the 2005 World Series of Poker followed by the World Series of Poker Tournament of Champions, which is repeated again right after and shown earlier in the day on ESPN.
Food Network – Most shows have a Holiday or Party theme today.
TLC – Five episodes of Property Ladder followed by 10 episodes of Trading Spaces.
ABC Family – Late in the day find Christmas animated favorites like Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town among others.
Nickelodeon – Eight episodes of The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius will be on today.
Cartoon Network – Christmas themed cartoon all day long.
Court TV – Ten episodes of Forensic Files will be on today.
Oxygen – Nine straight episodes of Living Single.
Lifetime – Find Christmas themed movies most of the day.
FX – Daddy Day Care is repeated three times in a row.
Spike TV – Five 007 James Bond movies play today.
Comedy Central – Seven episodes of MADtv in the early morning. Also find six consecutive South Park Christmas episodes later tonight.
VH1 – Find nine episodes of My Fair Brady followed by seven episodes of Hogan Knows Best.
MTV – Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County is on from morning until night followed by six episodes of My Super Sweet Sixteen.
