Thursday night is always a great night for TV. You can’t go wrong with any of the picks or selections, well maybe Four Kings. What will you be watching tonight, stars dancing, crime scene flashlighting or comedy chuckling? Looks like another busy night for the old DVR.
Prime Picks
Smallville (WB): The police officers that saw the spaceship land take Lex and Lana hostage and say they will kill them if Lex doesn’t let them know where he took it.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (CBS): From the previews it looks like some info about there possibly being an accomplice in the Nick abduction comes to the forefront.
Without a Trace (CBS): The team looks for a therapist who was abducted as she was getting into her car.
Solid Selections
Everybody Hates Chris (UPN): If comedy is your thing tonight then start off here and then move to NBC.
Four Kings (NBC): Looked like it had potential after the first episode. Not so much after the second. Will the third turn it back around? We shall see.
My Name is Earl (NBC): Giovanni Ribisi guests as Earl’s old friend Ralph who seems to be the anti-karma guy.
The Office (NBC): Jim starts acting like Michael’s best friend because he is scared that Michael will tell everyone that he likes Pam after his confession on the boat at the end of last week’s show.
ER (NBC): Repeat Canon City.
Other Options
Dancing With the Stars (ABC): Two couples are gone. Who is next? Runs 90 minutes.
Crumbs (ABC): Haven’t seen the first one yet but given the ads for it I would actually recommend that if you watched Dancing With the Stars that instead of this your watch The Office.
Primetime (ABC): ABC News investigative reports.
Cable Choices
Emeril Live (Food Network): It is a hip-hop cook fest in this repeat.
Mystery Cake (Food Network): Bakers have a few hours to plan and then only seven hours to complete a world-class cake design.
Iron Chef America (Food Network): Iron Chef Bobby Flay goes up against chef David Burke. Who cuisine will reign supreme?
Sports Notes
On TNT in the early match up you will find the Detroit Pistons playing the New York Knicks. Later the Los Angeles Lakers go and play the Sacramento Kings.
