Tonight on the Tube: Surface, 24 and CSI: Miami

Jim Gaffigan - Beyond the PaleWell my hometown Seahawks lost to the Steelers 21-10 in the Super Bowl yesterday. The game was quite a disappointment. The Hawks really need to check all their toes because they sure were shooting themselves in the foot a lot. On network TV tonight everything is new. Not a repeat in site. Although that doesn’t mean that everything is worth watching. What is? Well see below for some ideas. What will you be watching on TV tonight?

Prime Picks

Surface (NBC): Episode 15. They started calling this the season finally last week so maybe this won’t be the last one. A Tsunami is heading towards Wilmington while Laura goes searching for Rich.

24 (FOX): 1:00PM – 2:00PM. The hostiles raise the ante and Bauer pursues a lead with CTU.

CSI: Miami (CBS): Horatio’s nemesis is at it again and now is pursuing the person he has sworn to protect.

Solid Selections

The King of Queens (CBS): Kirstie Alley guest stars as a client of Carrie’s while the guys have rented an apartment over their favorite Chinese restaurant.
How I Met Your Mother (CBS): Ted and Victoria have been taking things slowly and now are thinking of speeding up a bit.

Two and a Half Men (CBS): Charlie plans a romantic date with Mia while Alan starts dating Charlie’s most recent ex.
Courting Alex (CBS): Bill and Julian think that Alex will come up with a silly reason to stop seeing Scott since this is what she usually does in her relationships.

Medium (NBC): Allison’s skills start to fail her.

Other Options

Skating With Celebrities (FOX): Only four left who will falter next.

Las Vegas (NBC): NASCAR drivers make a visit to the Montecito while Danny and Mike find a man sans kidney in a bathtub of ice.

You could catch the second half of a two hour The Bachelor if the above don’t do it for you.

Cable Choices

Wildfire (ABC Family): Pablo’s past catches up to him and Matt agrees to work for Dani fulltime.

Unwrapped (Food Network): Mmm chocolate.
Unwrapped (Food Network): Repeat about more chocolate.

Jim Gaffigan: Beyond the Pale (Comedy Central): The comic performs his routine. The few times I have seen this guy on TV he has been really funny. He has appeared in many TV shows and on all the late night shows.
