The only thing tonight really worth watching is the continue exploit of Jack Bauer and the rest of CTU on 24. The Winter Olympics continue on NBC. I heard it referred to as the most covered reality show on TV. That is pretty funny since it is a lot like a reality show in the way the athletes are profiled and the stories are told. The Network attempts to create extra drama for the viewer much like reality shows do. At least this show is of something that is real that takes place for real. As opposed to a reality show which is pretty light on real most of the time. What shows will be on your TV tonight?
Prime Picks
Skating With Celebrities (FOX): Only three pairs remaining. Who will go next?
24 (FOX): Day 5 continues. Jack tries to infiltrate the group with the canisters of nerve gas acting as the man who was shot in the last hour by the young girl.
CSI: Miami (CBS): Repeat where you follow each CSI individually and what their evidence finds. It is not until they pool their info that they figure out what all happened.
Solid Selections
XX Olympic Winter Games (NBC): The pairs free skate, the women’s halfpipe and the 500m speed skating finals are shown in the three and a half hours of programming tonight.
Other Options
The King of Queens (CBS): Repeat where Deacon and Doug fight over who is was that really created the sandwich that gets named after Deacon at their favorite restaurant.
How I Met Your Mother (CBS): Repeat of the Thanksgiving episode.
Related (WB): It is new and is a pretty good dramedy. Tonight is the wedding of the sister’s father but things are not looking good as Ginnie has pregnancy problems and might not be able to attend.
There is nothing worth your time in the other options area tonight in the third hour of primetime.
Cable Choices
Monster House (Discovery Channel): A house is turned into a tropical paradise so they can have it for their wedding day.
Inside the Actors Studio (Bravo): If you missed Dave Chappelle last night you can catch him in this repeat of the two-hour interview.
Sports Notes
Find Kansas at Oklahoma State on ESPN tonight for a little college basketball action.
