Tonight on the Tube: House, 24 and TV Show Marathons

Law & Order: Dead on the MoneySince today is President’s Day many cable channels are running daylong or multiple episode marathons of some of your favorite shows. Like Law & Order on TNT or Smallville on ABC Family. For more TV show marathons see below. Tonight your will find a new Monday episode of House preceding 24 on FOX. NBC continues with the Winter Games. What will you be watching today on the tube?

Prime Picks

House (FOX): House treats a supermodel for heroine addiction and finds out something startling. Wilson hopes that the increased pain in House’s leg is because the leg is regenerating nerves.

24 (FOX): The terrorist mastermind attempts to intimidate the administration.

CSI: Miami (CBS): Repeat where Ryan takes a nail to the face during the investigation.

Solid Selections

XX Olympic Winter Games (NBC): Ice dancing final, men’s giant slalom, freestyle skiing and the team large hill ski jumping. Four hours of coverage.

Other Options

The King of Queens (CBS): Repeat where Doug likes his new hairstylist just a bit too much.
How I Met Your Mother (CBS): Repeat of the New Year’s Eve episode where Ted rents a limo and the gang goes party hopping. It was a very good episode.

Two and a Half Men (CBS): Repeat where Charlie dates a woman who ends up putting a curse on him.
Courting Alex (CBS): Repeat. Jenna Elfman is extremely likable but so far this show has not really put it all together yet.

You could watch the ladies of The Bachelor bitch or you could go to bed early if the above doesn’t do it for you in the third hour of primetime. I recommend the extra rest.

Cable Choices

Emeril Live (Food Network): Emeril prepares a New Orleans style Blues brunch in this repeat.

Unwrapped (Food Network): Specialty foods of New York are shown.
Unwrapped (Food Network): Repeat about food on the go.

Secret Life Of … (Food Network): The history of the school cafeteria is looked at.
Secret Life Of … (Food Network): Repeat where bagels are featured.

Sports Notes

ESPN has West Virginia at Syracuse followed by Oklahoma at Texas Tech for some college basketball action. For more college hoops catch Gonzaga at Pepperdine later in the night on ESPN2.
