Tonight on the Tube: Dancing With Cold Winter Anatomy

Torino 2006 Olympics Closing Ceremony - Limited Edition 1,000Watch Cold Case in the first hour of primetime. In the second hour flip back and forth between Dancing With the Stars and the Winter Games or watch chefs battle it out in Kitchen Stadium. In the third hour of primetime flip back over to Grey’s Anatomy. Then if you must you can still watch the last hour of the Closing Ceremonies. In other TV happenings CBS has last season’s Quentin Tarantino directed two-hour episode of CSI on tonight. Also The Simpsons is new if you are looking for some laughs. What will you be watching tonight?

Prime Picks

Cold Case (CBS): A recent string of bank robberies may have given the team some insight as to the murder of a bank teller in 2000.

No second hour of primetime pick.

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC): Meredith and George aren’t getting along at work and Bailey who is still on maternity leave is treating Addison for something unusual.

Solid Selections

Dancing With the Stars (ABC): One last dance to be scored. All the teams return to fill the final two hours until they finally reveal whom the winner is. All of this for a disco ball trophy.

No third hour primetime selection.

Other Options

XX Olympic Winter Games (NBC): Four hours of Closing Ceremony coverage. Is there anybody else glad that they are finally over?

Cable Choices

Emeril Live (Food Network): Emeril whips up some classic New Orleans dishes.

Iron Chef America (Food Network): Iron Chef Mario Batali faces off against Chef John Besh in what I think the advertisements say is battle andouille sausage. Sounds good.

The Shield (FX): Repeat of Man Inside from earlier this week. Runs 64 minutes.

Sports Notes

ABC has NBA hoops with the Detroit Pistons versus the Cleveland Cavaliers followed by coverage of the 36-hole final round of the Accenture Match Play Championship. NBC has Olympic Winter Games coverage early and then Arena Football later and more coverage of the final events of the Winter Games. CBS has college basketball. FOX has NASCAR Nextel Cup racing. ESPN has the Boston Celtics playing the Los Angeles Lakers for some more NBA hoops action.
