The Cosby Show – Season 2
This was Must See TV on NBC Thursday. It led off the night and became the anchor for eight seasons. The Huxtables were one of the funniest sitcom families of all time. Put Bill Cosby on screen with kids and you have comedy gold. The family situation weren’t overly cheesy or saccharin if you will. They hit the sweet spot for family comedy that the whole family could watch and enjoy. The DVD boxed set includes all the episodes from season two on four discs. They are supposed to be the original uncut episodes not the syndicated cut down versions as was released on the season one set. The set does look to be light on extras from the information I can gather but if you are a fan you might want to pick this DVD set up.
