Wow after the last couple of nights with the return of The 4400, Deadwood, Entourage, The Closer and new series Saved tonight feels like a bit of a let down. Emeril Live (Food Network): Repeat. Emeril does some summer entertaining.
Titans of Taste (Food Network): New. Watch profiles of Famous Amos, Ben and Jerry and Hershey’s Chocolate.
Rescue Me (FX): New. Tommy strikes a deal with the science teacher of his nephew while the crew begins to realize that Lou is losing it. Runs 65 minutes and then replays again.

- Dirty Jobs (Discovery Channel): New. Get behind the scenes of the Lance Burton Magic Show and also see how a Vegas pig farmer recycles casino leftovers.
- Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List (Bravo): New. The season continues as Kathy meets her eBay auction winner.
- Top Gun (SpikeTV): Tom Cruise, Anthony Edwards, Val Kilmer, Kelly McGillis and a bunch of Navy jets flying around. Runs two and a half hours.
