NCIS (CBS): Repeat. A good episode where a soldier’s body is found in a frozen lake and it turns out to be a body dumping ground and the team investigates.
Pepper Dennis (WB): New. Second to last episode of this show where Kimmy does some online dating and Pepper investigates to make sure things are on the up in up. In other news Charlie super white teeth are causing a viewer trouble ala Mary Hart’s voice.
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC): Repeat. A teenage runaway is found beaten and upon examination it is discovered that baby she was carrying was killed.
Cable Choices
Emeril Live (Food Network): Repeat. Emeril has fun with his guest chef Sam Choy.
Overhaulin’ (TLC): New. See them build the Lemama’s Boy.
Rescue Me (FX): New. Marisa Tomei guest stars as Johnny’s ex-wife and Tommy decides to get a little payback on his brother. Runs 65 minutes and plays twice.

- BET Awards ’06 (BET): New. Damon Wayans hosts the show as they honor the best in sports and entertainment. Runs three hours. There is also a two-hour pre-show and an hour after show.
- Dirty Jobs (Discovery Channel): New. Trash into electricity and other dirty jobs are profiled.
