Helping You Find the Prime in Primetime
If you have heard about the new show Saved starring Tom Everett Scott as a slacker paramedic whose dad wanted him to go to medical school then today is your day. TNT will be running the first seven episodes from pilot to last Monday’s episode. It is a pretty good show. It has some interesting characters. Will you be watching?
NCIS (CBS): Repeat. Guest star Charles Durning as an old man who shows up to NCIS and confesses to a murder of his long time friend.
The Italian Job (NBC): Released 2003. Mark Wahlberg as a master thief who is double-crossed by one of his team. Later they find him and set out to get back what they stole from him. Runs two hours.
Celebrity Debut (ABC): Repeat. See stars before they became famous with footage and interviews from when they first got their start. Halle Berry, John Travolta and Kate Winslet are just some of the people profiled.
Practical Magic (ABC): Released 1998. Stars Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman as sisters in a family with a history of witchcraft. Runs two hours.
Good Eats: Behind the Eats (Food Network): New. Get a behind the scenes look at the making of Alton Brown’s show Good Eats.
Feasting on Asphalt (Food Network): New. Alton hits the road on his motorcycle in this four part series to see what there is to eat out there with stops at funky truck stops, a little camping and sitting down to eat with Joe Public. Sure sounds like good watching to me.
Road Tasted (Food Network): Repeats. Two half hour episodes of the Deen boys’ traveling as they try to find hand made goodness to eat.
TNT has the first seven episodes of their new show Saved today.
