NBC adds a few extra minutes to My Name Is Earl, The Office and new to Thursday night, 30 Rock. Turning three shows into a two hour and one minute comedy block. Soon this comedy block will include Scrubs as well. That will make one very good block of comedy. All of them at a minimum will make the TiVo list each week. Will this be the return of Must See TV on NBC? Will you be watching? Or, does Scrubs and 30 Rock have no shot up against Grey’s and CSI?

The Office (NBC): New. The Stamford and Scranton branches are merging and Jim and Pam will be back in the same office once again. Runs a super-sized 44 minutes.
30 Rock (NBC): New. Liz gets Jack into a sketch and Frank and Toofer are trying to get Jenna to fear she is going to be fired. Liz also thinks that Tracy is faking being illiterate to get out of going to rehearsals. Runs a super-sized 41 minutes.
ER (NBC): New. Abby and Kovac argue about a patient’s diagnosis. Runs 59 minutes.
