Friday Night Lights, which is not on tonight because of the Tony Bennett special, has been picked up to the entire season but may be moving to Sunday nights in January after the football season ends. In other good news Veronica Mars has been picked up for the entire season as well. It will only run 20 episodes instead of 22 but it will be sticking around.

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC): New. Two foster children are in a car accident and the investigation the foster parents.

Dead Like Me (Sci Fi): Repeat. The second of two episodes has George deciding that she needs friends.
Eureka (Sci Fi): Repeat. The “Blink†episode replays.
