The quote at the beginning of the episode as they show a shot of the plane leaving, spoken by Gideon, was:

You can watch the latest episode of The Office and at NBC’s Rewind. There you can watch 2-minute replays or the full episode of some of NBC’s shows, including The Office, via streaming video. Once a new episode airs the previous one is no longer available. For previous episodes that leaves something like iTunes but those downloads are not free.

The new investigator on Shark is played by Henry Simmons. You may recognize him from the last few seasons of NYPD Blue as Det. Baldwin Jones.
What show did 3 Lbs. replace on CBS?
3 Lbs. replaced the cancelled Smith, which starred Ray Liotta as the leader of a band of high end thieves. They filmed seven episodes before cancellation but only three of them ever made the air. Well, it vanished from the airwaves and has been banished to the web for its remaining episodes. Each new episode will be available, plus the previous two, each Friday until they reach the 13 episodes that were filmed. These episodes should give you some type of closure and wrap up the mystery some for those who have been watching from the beginning.
