Emeril's TV Dinners: Kickin' It Up a Notch with Recipes from Emeril Live and Essence of EmerilThe Sopranos and Entourage on HBO are not on this week but will be back next Sunday, which will be the third season finale of Entourage, but don’t worry, the fourth season premieres on June 17th. Also next week, is the series premiere of the new Lifetime show Army Wives starring Kim Delaney (NYPD Blue) and Catherine Bell (JAG). If you are looking for a reason to not have to change the channel or leave your couch, then check out today’s list of TV show marathons. The most notable ones are Monk on USA, Footballers Wive$ and Hex on BBC America and poker on ESPN2. What will you be watching tonight?

Prime Picks

Smallville (The CW): Repeat. The sixth season finale, “Phantom,” replays tonight where Lana tells Lex its over and Clark goes after Lionel and everything ends up a bit bizarre.

Friday Night Lights (NBC): Repeat. This is the best show on TV that not very many people are watching. If you are thinking that, I don’t want to watch a show about football? That would be like not watching Grey’s Anatomy because you don’t want to watch a show about surgery. Football is just the backdrop for some truly interesting stories to be told by an outstanding cast of characters. You should give this show a shot. Right now NBC has the whole season available online.

Brothers & Sisters (ABC): Repeat. The series premiere, “Patriarchy,” replays. Here’s a chance to see how it all began.

Solid Selections

Cold Case (CBS): Repeat. The team reopens a case from 1994 about a teen suicide when a piece of paper that may shed some light on it is found.

Cold Case (CBS): Repeat. In 1979 Jeffries promised a mother that he would find her daughter’s killer gets reopened.

Without a Trace (CBS): Repeat. A detainee at a girl’s detention center disappears after being threatened by others at the facility.

Emeril Live (Food Network): New. A little Kansas City BBQ is cooked up.

Iron Chef America (Food Network): New. Iron Chef Bobby Flay vs. Chef Peter Kelly. Plays again later.
