Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (ABC): Released 2003. Johnny Depp, Kiera Knightley and Orlando Bloom in the one that started it all, which is where is should’ve probably ended. Runs three hours.

Numb3rs (CBS): Repeat. A young immigrant dies selling one of her kidneys and it leads the team to an illegal organ-trafficking ring.

In the second hour of primetime, you can watch the second hour of a repeat of America’s Got Talent or the beginning of a two hour 48 Hours Mystery repeat or try and help find some criminals with a new episode of America’s Most Wanted: America Fights Back on FOX.

Medium (NBC): Repeat. One of Allison’s former lovers has died and taken up residence in her home. Meanwhile, Allison learns that her daughter is having similar dreams as she is.

Cable Choices

Emeril Live (Food Network): New. Emeril cooks up some tasty “Surf & Turf.”

Giada in Paradise: Santorini (Food Network): New. Giada De Laurentiis travels through Santorini, Greece. Food, wine and more is tasted and tried.

Confessions of a Matchmaker (A&E): Series Premiere. An in your face matchmaker tries to help singles fix what is holding them back, at least according to her. Will you agree?
Confessions of a Matchmaker (A&E): New. In this one she tries to help a 41-year-old man who you would think would be able to do all right on his own.

  • 50 Funniest Women Alive (Oxygen): New. Kelly Ripa hosts as they countdown the funniest women living today with clips and peer salutes. Runs two hours and plays twice and then plays another six times over the next week.
  • Hex (BBC America): New. Another new episode plays.
  • World Poker Tour (Travel Channel): Repeat. The “Father and Sons” tournament replays with Doyle and Todd Brunson tag teaming it against other father son teams. Runs two hours.

  • ESPN has NCAA World Series games today.
  • ESPN2 has NASCAR racing with the Busch Series: Meijer 300.
  • FOX has MLB action with FOX Saturday Baseball.
  • HBO has boxing with a welterweight title fight for the IBF belt between Brooklynite Paulie Malignaggi and current titleholder Lovemore N’Dou.
  • NBC has coverage of the U.S. Open Championship golf tournament where the leader after two rounds stands at even par.
