Tonight is the series premiere of America’s Next Producer on TV Guide Network. Tomorrow night is the return of Ace of Cakes on Food Network and the series premiere of the new AMC show, Mad Men, about an advertising firm in the 1960s. Next week is the return of Who Wants To Be A Superhero? Any of these sound good to you?
The King of Queens (CBS): Repeats. There are two episodes from the last season that replay with Adam Sandler making a guest appearance in the first and Carrie wanting to move to the City like she has always wanted too in the second.
Criminal Minds (CBS): Repeat. A bank robber is forcing people to undress while he is robbing them and the team must figure out how this can help then build a profile. It looks as thought Mandy Patinkin will no longer be on the show come next season. He has asked out and they have granted his exit request, as they couldn’t seem to agree on the direction the show should take. He will appear in at least one episode, which will explain his character’s reason for leaving. This means there will be another new character at some point. What do you think his departure will mean for the show?
Traveler (ABC): Season Finale. Or, series finale. Marlow has been taken off the case and Will is back with Tyler and Jay to try and bring down the man behind it all.
The Next Best Thing: Who is the Greatest Celebrity Impersonator (ABC): New. The final 10 perform before an audience and the panel of judges.
Last Comic Standing (NBC): New. It is the first semifinal tonight.
CSI: NY (CBS): Repeat. A guy named Noah who was building an Ark in his backyard is found dead under a pile of cash.
State of Mind (Lifetime): Repeat. The “Pilot” episode replays. If you didn’t get a chance to catch it on Sunday night, you should give it a go, as it is pretty good. Read our review.
World Series of Pop Culture (VH1): New. “Episode 6” plays with more quarterfinal action. Plays again later.
Rescue Me (FX): New. The 62 Truck gets a new chief while Tommy is embarrassed at a hockey game with the NYPD. Runs 64 minutes and plays twice.
- Tyler Perry’s House of Payne (TBS): New. Two new episodes play tonight.
- World Poker Tour (Travel Channel): New. The Bay 101 Shooting Star tournament final table is shown. Runs two hours.
- ESPN has Wednesday Night Baseball with the Detroit Tigers at the Minnesota Twins.
- ESPN2 has Wednesday Night Fights.
- Versus has Stage 10 of the Tour de France multiple times today.
- Heartland (TNT): Repeat. Monday’s episode replays where racial tension delays a organ harvest.
Sci Fi has eight episodes of Stephen King’s Kingdom Hospital.
Travel Channel has six hours of Samantha Brown traveling Europe and Latin America.
