Starting Friday, October 19th both ABC Family and Sci Fi Channel will be gearing their content to the scary, freaky and unexplained leading up to Halloween, just 13 days away.
ABC Family will have 13 Nights of Halloween. They will be playing movies every night through Halloween. They will kick things off tonight night with E.T. The Extra Terrestrial, the ABC Family Original Movie Nature of the Beast on Sunday and end things with Poltergeist on Halloween night. Watch the video below and see what all will be playing.
Nature of the Beast stars Eddie Kaye Thomas (‘Til Death), Autumn Reeser (The O.C.), and Eric Mabius (Ugly Betty) in a romantic comedy monster movie. Premieres Sunday, October 21st and replays Wednesday, October 24th. You can check out the trailer for yourself below.
Sci Fi Channel will be having 13 Days of Halloween. They will have over 250 hours of horror, sci-fi and original movies and more beginning tonight and ending with Ghost Hunters Live on Halloween night.
Headless Horsemen, a Sci Fi Original Movie, is one of the movies that will play. It premieres on Saturday, October 27th and stars Richard Moll (Night Court). It is the story of a group of seven friends that end up lost in a small town on the way to a Halloween party. It turns out that the Headless Horseman needs to collect seven heads by midnight, if he wants to return to the living. The townspeople are all too quick to try and serve up the newcomers and save themselves. A review of Headless Horseman will be forth coming.
