FOX has announced that Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles will debut Monday, January 14th, 2008 and be paired with the new season of 24. Prison Break will end the first half of its season on December 17th and return on April 14th, 2008. K-Ville presently has no place on the midseason schedule, as it was originally scheduled to finish its run while Prison Break was on hiatus, but who knows if it will even be picked up for an entire season anyway. Chuck (NBC): New. Chuck has to decide between the U.S. government and helping a Chinese spy on a mission. Morgan might lose his job at Buy More.

Heroes (NBC): New. Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars) plays a woman with a power that is searching for Peter in Ireland. Matt gets help flying down to Philly to hunt the “boogeyman.” Monica is dealing with her newfound ability. How cool would it be to instantly learn how to do something, especially while watching TV?

Journeyman (NBC): New. Dan is following a former Army ranger that stole some money for a good cause. Katie has to talk to the cops because a robbery occurred the night of her gala. Journeyman is starting to look like the best of NBC’s four new fall offerings.

How I Met Your Mother (CBS): New. Ted’s got a new girlfriend and she gets jealous when she learns how he met his friends and the way they met isn’t as good.
Aliens in America (The CW): New. Raja convinces a fellow classmate to dress a little more modestly and the guys at school don’t like the wardrobe change of the hottest girl in school.

Two and a Half Men (CBS): New. Charlie gets left to entertain the 4-year-old son of his girlfriend.
Samantha Who? (ABC): New. Samantha finds out what it is she does for work and decides that she shouldn’t be such a workaholic. The TVaholic really like the first episode, Christina Applegate is extremely likable in the role of Samantha.

CSI: Miami (CBS): New. A sports legend that was murdered goes missing at the morgue.

Unwrapped (Food Network): Repeat. Some of your favorite “Sweet Stuff” is profiled. Plays again later.

The Secret Life Of … (Food Network): Repeat. The history of Halloween is shown. Plays again later.

The Closer (TNT): Repeat. The “Dumb Luck” episodes from season three replays.

  • The Big Bang Theory (CBS): New. Sara Gilbert (Roseanne) guest stars as a fellow scientist that Leonard encounters unexpectedly after coming to the realization that his pursuit of Penny is not going to happen. CBS has picked the show up for the entire season.
