Chuck (NBC): New. Rachel Bilson (The O.C.) guest-stars as a pretty woman that is interested in him for him, which makes things difficult for him and his fake relationship with Sarah. Sarah and Chuck go on a double date with Ellie and Captain Awesome. Last week’s episode was the best since the “Pilot.”

Heroes (NBC): New. We jump back four months and see what happened immediately after the events that ended season one. Runs 61 minutes. Hopefully, this will be the episode that fans have been waiting for all season. We have had plenty of setup, now it’s time for some payoff.

Journeyman (NBC): New. Dan ends up at a key party and meets a hippie that is involved in a deadly crime. Dan and Jack get into it over an investigation. Katie finds out something about Livia.

How I Met Your Mother (CBS): New. Ted thinks he may have met a great woman, but the gang points out a deal breaker of a flaw.
The Big Bang Theory (CBS): New. Koothrappali finds that after a few drinks he is able to talk to the women, but his blind date seems to have a thing for Sheldon.

Two and a Half Men (CBS): New. Alan becomes miserable as Charlie finds success as a children’s singing star.
Samantha Who? (ABC): New. Sam finds out that there is a guy that has a restraining order against her. She tries to let him know that she has changed.

CSI: Miami (CBS): New. The CSIs must track down a killer before his remaining victims take matters into their own hands.

Good Eats (Food Network): Repeat. Alton does some turkey frying. Plays again later.
The Secret Life Of … (Food Network): Repeat. The history of cake is told. Plays again later.

The Closer (TNT): Repeat. Episode nine of season three, “Blindsided,” replays.
