BCS Selection Show (FOX): Repeat. Plays earlier in the day, but replays here in case you missed it and want to see what teams are going where, which after yesterday’s games should be quite interesting.
The Simpsons (FOX): Repeat. Homer becomes good at opera after he takes a bad fall.
Pictures of Hollis Woods (CBS): Premiere. A retired teacher played by Sissy Spacek, who is starting to lose her memory, bonds with a 12-year-old girl. Runs two hours.

Food Network Challenge (Food Network): New. It is a “Holiday Cake-Off” tonight as four teams compete in the six hour competition for the big prize check. Plays again later.
Dexter (Showtime): New. Dexter has Doakes locked up in a cage and goes about trying to continue making him look like the “Bay Harbor Butcher,” but Doakes brings up something about Harry that Dexter didn’t know. Plays again later.
Brotherhood (Showtime): Season Finale. Tommy is running for speaker. Colin and Rose are bonding. Eileen takes a stand. Plays again later.

- Comedy Central’s Last Laugh ’07 (Comedy Central): Premiere. Lewis Black hosts as comics try to make you laugh with their reflections on the past year. Plays four times tonight.
- Dinner: Impossible (Food Network): New. Chef Irvine has to cook dinner for 1000 people in Mississippi in this hour-long episode. Plays again later.
- Iron Chef America (Food Network): New. Chef Todd Richards comes into Kitchen Stadium and challenges Iron Chef Cat Cora. Plays again later.
- Nip/Tuck (FX): Repeat. Last Tuesday’s episode, “Chaz Darling,” replays. Runs 62 minutes.
- Tin Man (Sci Fi): Miniseries Premiere. Tonight is part one of three of Sci Fi’s retelling of the classic tale of The Wizard of Oz. It is a big budget special f/x laden miniseries with a great cast. Runs two hours and plays three times tonight and again tomorrow before part two. It will also replay next Sunday night, as the whole miniseries will play again.
