In other TV news, if you were hoping to watch a new episode of Big Shots tonight, you are going to be disappointed, as ABC has shelved the final three episodes that were schedule to play over the next three weeks. Repeats of Private Practice will play instead.
Smallville (The CW): New. Chloe finally tells Jimmy she is one of the meteor infected. Clark returns from the fortress and tells Lana that Kara is gone and Lana tells him that a man named Adrian that seems to be meteor infected was looking for him.
30 Rock (NBC): New. Tracy is unable to attend the staff’s annual holiday party because of his legal troubles and Liz’s parents come for a visit, along with her brother, played by Andy Richter (Andy Barker, P.I., Andy Richter Controls the Universe). Runs 30 minutes.
Saturday Night Live Christmas (NBC): Repeat. A compilation of Christmas and holiday sketches plays. They include Adam Sandler singing his “Hanukkah Song,” Ana Gasteyer in “Martha Stewart’s Naked Christmas,” Alec Baldwin talking about his “Schwetty Balls” and many other classic bits. Runs 90 minutes.
The Office (NBC): Repeat. It is a “Benihana Christmas” and the party planning committee has a rift and ends up with dueling Christmas parties. Runs 60 minutes.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (CBS): New. Warrick attempts to clear his name after the exotic dancer was found dead in his car at the strip club.
Without a Trace (CBS): New. A genius college student working as a mall Santa goes missing, but the team wonders if he is involved in something criminal.
Good Eats (Food Network): Repeat. Alton shows you the science behind making the best homemade marshmallow. Plays again later.
Throwdown With Bobby Flay (Food Network): Repeat. Bobby gets his crepe on in this battle. Plays again later.
Seinfeld (TBS): Repeats. Are you ready for Festivus? TBS is playing four Christmas themed episodes of Seinfeld tonight. The first is “The Strike” or the episode in which “Festivus” is introduced. The second is “The Pick” or the episode where Elaine shows a bit too much of herself on her Christmas cards. In “The Mom and Pop Store,” George thinks he has bought a car once owned by Jon Voight.
