Tonight, there is a bit of duel brewing for the week before Christmas, as ABC premieres their new game show, Duel, which will run each night for the rest of the week and NBC premieres their Clash of the Choirs that runs each night through Thursday. FOX has the season finale of K-Ville and VH1 has the season finale of I Love New York.

Prime Picks

House (FOX): Repeat. A season one episode, “Babies & Bathwater,” replays, where a pregnant couple must make a difficult choice and Vogler is still trying to fire House.

K-Ville (FOX): Season Finale. Boulet and Cobb are tasked with shuttling a New York reporter around the city, but don’t really care for the job.

Journeyman (NBC): New. Dan ends up with a woman and her son in an RV that is hanging over the side of a cliff. Dan once again learns the problem of leaving things in the past. Katie’s sister comes for a visit and thinks there is something wrong with Dan. The finale plays on Wednesday night. It is sad that it doesn’t look like NBC will be renewing this. The TVaholic really wishes that they would use the same standard that got Friday Night Lights another season on Journeyman and give this quality show a chance to find its audience, as it is one of the best new shows of the season.

How I Met Your Mother (CBS): Repeat. The “Bachelor Party” episode from season two replays.
The Big Bang Theory (CBS): Repeat. “The Hamburger Postulate” episode replays with guest star Sara Gilbert (Roseanne).

Two and a Half Men (CBS): Repeat. Singer Enrique Iglesias guest stars as a young handyman that is taking the younger ladies right out from under Charlie. Another repeat episode follows.
Notes From the Underbelly (ABC): New. Cooper is trying to make a new friend. Andrew does some yard landscaping for Julie and Eric.

CSI: Miami (CBS): New. While investigating a murder, the team finds a drug lab in the dead man’s apartment.

Good Eats (Food Network): Repeat. Alton gives you the basics of baking cookies. Plays again later.
The Secret Life Of … (Food Network): Repeat. The history of the cookie is profiled. Plays again later.

The Closer (TNT): Repeat. Episode two of season three, “Grave Doubts,” replays, where a gang member is found dead and he has a business card of Lt. Provenza.

Saving Grace (TNT): New. Grace finds out the Rhetta has been keeping secrets about Earl from her. The squad is getting ready for a big time attorney of murder suspect. Plays again later. The season finale plays tomorrow night.

Other Options

• Aliens in America (The CW): Repeat. Raja tells of his feelings for Justin in class and it causes some problems.
• October Road (ABC): New. Hannah gets into it with Ray’s ex-wife. Nick gets a date for his brother with a friend of Aubrey, but he seems to be developing a thing for his Aubrey instead. It is weird to see a new episode after last week’s Christmas episode, since it isn’t Christmas yet.

• ESPN has Monday Night Football with the Chicago Bears at the Minnesota Vikings.
