Over on cable, BBC America has the season premiere of Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares, ESPN begins their coverage of the Winter X Games, and Spike TV has the timeslot premiere of Pros vs. Joes.

Chuck (NBC): New. A group of Russian arms dealers are gathering for a secret meeting in Los Angeles. A good-looking Russian woman catches the eye of Chuck and he has a flash. She turns out to be Casey’s ex-girlfriend. Chuck starts bothering Casey about her and then learns that she is about to marry a Russian arms dealer. Chuck thinks that Casey should go after the woman he loves. But, will Casey take a chance and go after her without revealing his identity? Watch a clip from the episode below. Grey’s Anatomy (ABC): Repeat. The “Physical Attraction…Chemical Reaction” episode replays, where George and Izzie try to find if they are actually compatible and Callie may lose the chief residents job.

Chuck (NBC): Season Finale. Captain Awesome wants to get Chuck’s blessing before he pops the question to his sister Ellie and then wants Chuck to keep the ring until he finishes planning the proposal. Chuck puts the ring in his locker at the Buy More for safekeeping, but finds that someone has broken into his locker when he arrives for work the next day. Meanwhile, Casey and Sarah discover that the CIA has been watching them hoping to find “the intersect.” They can’t let Chuck be found out, so the NSA decides to relocate him to a permanent holding cell. Smallville (The CW): Repeat. Helen Slater (Supergirl) guest-stars as Clarks biological mother. New episodes begin playing next week.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (CBS): Repeat. The body of what is originally thought to be a woman is found hung and the team investigates and finds that things aren’t as they first appear.

Without a Trace (CBS): Repeat. A grieving mother thinks her son was possibly killed while doing volunteer work in Guatemala, the team tries to find out what really happened to him.

Cable Choices

Friends (TBS): Repeats. Two episodes from season one replay. First up is “The One With the Birth” and second is the season finale episode, “The One Where Rachel Finds Out.”

American Chopper (TLC): New. The guys continue work on the Army National Guard bike. Plays again later.

Breaking Bad (AMC): Repeat. The season premiere episode from Sunday night replays. It is the story of a high school chemistry teacher, played by Bryan Cranston (Malcolm in the Middle). He finds out that he has lung cancer and decides to do something to insure his family’s financial future before he runs out of time. Plays again later. Read our review.
