Tonight, CBS has the series premiere of Welcome to the Captain and the season premiere of The New Adventures of Old Christine and MyNet has the season premiere of Paradise Hotel 2.
The CW comedy block of Everybody Hates Chris, Aliens in America, Girlfreinds and The Game moves to Sunday nights starting this Sunday, February 10th. Gossip Girl will continue replaying its season on Monday nights, it started last week, and will be followed by Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious as of February 18th.

Prison Break (FOX): New. The escape has to be moved up because of heavy rains. T-Bag and Lechero have formed an alliance and Bellick is hoping to create one with Mahone. Lincoln and Sucre have to knock out the lights. Two episodes remain after tonight.
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (FOX): New. John gets separated from his mother and Cameron as they are tracking down some stolen goods. John finds that the future may be even worse than he suspected. Agent Ellison has a suspect for the murders he has been tracking. There are five more episodes of after tonight.
CSI: Miami (CBS): Repeat. Episode four from this season, “Bang, Bang, Your Debt,” replays, where Eric is having visions of Tim Speedle, guest star Rory Cochrane.
Solid Selections
How I Met Your Mother (CBS): Repeat. Episode five from this season, “How I Met Everyone Else,” replays, where Ted’s new girlfriend doesn’t like how they met compared to how he met his friends.
Welcome to the Captain (CBS): Series Premiere. Meet the eclectic people of the historic El Capitan apartment building. Well, at least it is new.
Two and a Half Men (CBS): Repeat. Charlie thinks he is seeing Rose everywhere.
The New Adventures of Old Christine (CBS): Season Premiere. Barb freaks Christine out about getting together with Mr. Harris. Matthew freaks out after finding the identity of his cadaver and thinks about quitting medical school.
Deal or No Deal (NBC): New. You could watch the last hour of this 90-minute episode, but I can’t really recommend it. The only other choice in this timeslot is the last hour of the 90-minute 20/20 on ABC.
Cable Choices
Kyle XY (ABC Family): New. A social worker is checking out Kyle’s living situation at the Tragers. Plays again later.
Wildfire (ABC Family): New. Kris is thinking about staying in town to care for Wildfire. Matt and Jean get into it over Raintree operations. Plays again late night tomorrow.
Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives (Food Network): Repeats. Guy visits places that are “Worth the Trip” and “Diners A-Plenty” in these two episodes. Both replay again later.
Other Options
- Friends (TBS): Repeats. Two episodes replay from season two. The first is “The One With the Prom Video,” which is an all time best episode from the series. The second is “The One Where Ross and Rachel … You Know” with guest star Tom Selleck.
- Good Eats (Food Network): New. Alton bakes the classic American apple pie. Plays again later.
- Gossip Girl (The CW): Repeat. Episode two from this season, “The Wild Bunch,” replays, where Serena takes Dan to Chuck’s brunch and things don’t go well.
- Unwrapped (Food Network): New. See how some of your favorite “Fizzy” foods are made. Plays again later.
Sports Notes
- ESPN has a college basketball doubleheader with Louisville at Marquette followed by Missouri at Kansas.
- ESPN2 has women’s college basketball with North Carolina at Duke and later men’s action with Gonzaga at St. Mary’s.
- NBA TV has the Denver Nuggets at the Portland Trail Blazers.
- Versus has NHL action.
Late Night
- The Closer (TNT): Repeat. The series begins replaying from the beginning with the “Pilot” episode tonight.
- Monk (USA): Repeat. Last Friday’s episode, “Mr. Monk Paints His Masterpiece,” replays.

Oxygen has 10 episodes of Roseanne.
Sci Fi has the last eight episodes Stargate SG-1 season five.
TNT has five episodes of Law & Order tonight.
