Tonight, ABC has the Democratic Presidential Candidates Debate, FOX has the return of ‘Til Death and Back to You with new episodes and MyNet has the series premieres of Under One Roof and The Best of In Living Color.

Over on cable, MTV has the 20th season premiere of The Real World and TV Land has the series premiere of The Big 4-0.

CSI: NY (CBS): New. A dead salesman and a bunch of dead sharks wash up on the beach and the team investigates.

Cable Choices

Good Eats (Food Network): Repeats. Alton cooks up some “Ribs” and then some “Chops.” Both episodes play again later.

MI-5 (BBC America): Repeat. Episode six from season three, “Persephone,” replays. The show is known as Spooks in the UK.

Tyler Perry’s House of Payne (TBS): New. Ella and Claretha try to help a woman with an abusive boyfriend in the first episode and then the news of Janine being pregnant gets out at a party. Two repeat episodes replay right before.

• ESPN has a NBA doubleheader with the New Orleans Hornets at the Dallas Mavericks followed by the Utah Jazz at the San Antonio Spurs to close out the regular season.
