Most Outrageous Moments (NBC): Repeats. Two episodes of video outtakes play that are sometimes funny, but rarely outrageous.

Moonlight (CBS): New. A young Hollywood starlet is murdered after Mick has been hired as part of her security detail. Beth is finding her new boss to be less than ethical.

Numb3rs (CBS): New. A complex murder plot is uncovered after a mass killing at a cult compound.

Solid Selections

Ghost Whisperer (CBS): New. Melinda is helping professor Payne deal with an old girlfriend, his son, and his jealous dead wife’s ghost.

Duel (ABC): New. A two-time winner goes for more cash.

20/20 (ABC): New. A family talks about the disappearance of their three-year-old daughter from their hotel room while they were in Portugal and what it has been like in the year that has past since.

Cable Choices

The Sarah Jane Adventures (Sci Fi): New. Two episodes play. The first up is “Eye of the Gorgon, Part 2,” where they attempt to stop the aliens from opening a gate to their world, and then “Warriors of Kudlak, Part 1,” where they are investigating the disappearances of young boys from around the country.

Doctor Who (Sci Fi): New. What would you do if you landed in Pompei the day before the volcano erupted? Would you warn or let things happen as they did? Plays again later.

Battlestar Galactica (Sci Fi): New. Starbuck puts trust in an old enemy when she learns of a possible truce between human and renegade Cylons. Plays again later.

Other Options

  • What Not to Wear (TLC): New. A single mother, who has been raising her son alone and working fulltime after the death of her husband, is ready to take a second shot at happiness and gets the full makeover treatment from Clinton and Stacy. Plays again later.

Sports Notes

  • ESPN has doubleheader NBA playoff action with the Boston Celtics at the Atlanta Hawks followed by the Houston Rockets at the Utah Jazz.
  • ESPN2 has NBA playoff action with the Cleveland Cavaliers at the Washington Wizards.
  • Golf Channel has second round coverage of the Wachovia Championship.
  • Versus has NHL playoff action with the Dallas Stars at the San Jose Sharks.

Late Night

  • The Riches (FX): Repeat. The second season finale episode from Tuesday night, “The Lying King,” replays.

History Channel has five episodes of Shockwave that place twice today.
MTV has six episodes of Made early.
Sci Fi has eight episodes of Stargate SG-1 early.
