Robin Hood - Season One on DVDOn cable tonight, Spike has the three-hour seventh season finale of The Ultimate Fighter.

Went to see Get Smart yesterday and posted my review over at New Movie Friday. It is just a whole lot of fun.

Prime Pick

NCIS (CBS): Repeat. A terrorist trap kills two agents and the team investigates, in “Grace Period” from season four.

The Unit (NBC): Repeat. Kim tries to fake a severe weather report to get people on base to take cover, but really the team is trying to stop a plane that seems to be heading their way that is armed with nerve gas, in “Always Kiss Them Goodbye” from this past season.

Law & Order: Criminal Intent (NBC): Repeat. Goren goes undercover while hoping to get reinstated, but may be being setup by a rogue cop, in “Purgatory” from this season. This episode just played on USA a couple of weeks ago.

Solid Selection

Camp Rock (ABC): Released 2008. Celebrity singers at a camp coach aspiring singers and musicians. Runs three hours. Only ran two hours when it premiered on Disney Channel last night.

Cable Choices

Robin Hood (BBC America): Repeat. Last week’s episode, “Show Me the Money,” replays. Plays again later.

Robin Hood (BBC America): New. Marian puts Robin’s gang in danger with her rebellious nature. Plays again later.

Saturday Night Live (E!): Repeat. An old episode with host Steve Carell and musical guest Kanye West replays.

Sports Notes

  • ESPN2 has NASCAR racing with the Nationwide Series: Milwaukee 250.
  • FOX has MLB action with FOX Saturday Baseball.
  • NBC has U.S. Olympic Trials with diving and men’s gymnastics during the day and women’s gymnastics tonight.

  • Army Wives (Lifetime): Repeat. Last Sunday’s episode, “Strangers in a Strange Land,” replays.
  • Law & Order: Criminal Intent (USA): Repeat. Last Sunday’s new episode, “Contract,” replays.

daedroug, As far as I know, there was a new Doctor Who on Sci Fi last night and there are a couple of Doctor Who repeats that play on BBC America before the Robin Hood episodes tonight.

oh heh i think i’m going by the BBC schedule not the Scifi one, sorry about that.

daedroug, No problem. There are so many channels anymore and shows that run on multiple channels that it’s sometimes hard to keep up. So, comments with suggestions for shows worth watching that I may not have mentioned are always welcome.
