Fall TV 2008: Sunday – What Will You Be Watching?

The beginnings of the Fall TV Season are upon us, so I thought it was time to find out what people are looking forward to watching?

I was trying to figure out a good format to display this and of course a nice colorful grid was the way to go. But, I really liked Amrie’s grids over at My Take on TV. She color-coded them to how she will be watching or recording all of her shows.

So, I decide to do something similar. For me, the grid below is marked for shows I will watch live (Watch Live), record on my dual-tuner DVR (DVR), record on my computer with my dual-tuner Beyond TV setup (DVR2), watch via cable on demand (On Demand), record a replay on my DVR, (DVR Replay), and shows that I don’t know enough about and are yet to be determined whether I will want to watch them (TBD).

Let’s start with Sundays. For me, there are eight shows and seven hours of programming that I will be watching and another four shows and three and a half hours of potential viewing. Thank goodness for the myriad of viewing options these days, or it would not be possible.

Great idea to map out your viewing schedule!
However, it is missing the key to the colors (or are you trying to keep it a secret?!). ;)

Rochelle, Not a secret. The last row of the table has the key. The text above just gives further explanation as to what each of those mean.
