Watch The Office Episodes via Amazon Video On DemandTonight, ABC has the two-hour third season finale of Ugly Betty, FOX has the two-hour fifth season premiere of So You Think You Can Dance, and NBC has the first season finale of Southland.

Over on cable, A&E has the second season premire of Crime 360 and SOAPnet has the series premiere of Southern Belles.

In late night, VH1 has the second season finale of Free Radio.

Am usually on TV Talk with Shaun OMac at about 4:00 p.m. PT on Thursdays, but won’t be able to be on today. As far as I know, Amrie from Seat42f, among other places is still scheduled to be on. The show starts at 3:00 p.m. PT and runs two hours. You can listen live or find it at iTunes later on.

ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC have announced their Fall 2009 TV schedules. The CW announces their’s today.

Prime Picks

My Name Is Earl (NBC): Repeat. The “Nature’s Game Show” episode from earlier this season replays, where Earl loses his list and tornados keep touching down all over Camden.
30 Rock (NBC): Repeat. The “Believe in the Stars” episode from earlier this season had guest star Oprah Winfrey.

The Office (NBC): Repeat. The “Business Ethics” episode from earlier this season replays, where Michael has everyone talking about things they’ve done wrong and Jim makes sure Dwight doesn’t waste anytime during work hours. Runs 31 minutes. I really liked this episode, as it had one of my all-time favorite Jim and Dwight moments.
30 Rock (NBC): Repeat. The “Gavin Volure” episode from earlier this season has Jack and Liz being invited to a dinner party at an eccentric man’s estate. Also, Tracy thinks something is up with his kids because they are being too nice to him. Starts a minute after the half-hour and runs 29 minutes.

Southland (NBC): Season Finale. A dead gang member is found in a car trunk. Det. Salinger is having more problems with his daughter.

Solid Selection

So You Think You Can Dance (FOX): Season Premiere. Two hours of auditions from around the country.

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC): Repeat. In part one of the two-part season five premiere, “Dream a Little Dream of Me,” the hospital deals with an ice storm.

Cable Choices

Good Eats (Food Network): Repeats. Alton works with barley and then popcorn. Both episodes play again later.

American Chopper (TLC): New. Paul Sr. has Paul Jr. back as a consultant while he promotes his new book. Plays again later.

Ace of Cakes (Food Network): Repeats. Duff coaches a celebrity basketball game and then the gang makes animal cakes. Both episode play again later.

Sports Notes

  • ESPN has game two of the NBA Western Conference Finals with the Denver Nuggets at the Los Angeles Lakers.
  • Versus has NHL playoff action.

TV Marathons

Bravo has eight episodes of America’s Next Top Model.
MTV has nine episodes of True Life tonight.
Oxygen has 26 episodes of Snapped.
Sci Fi has eight episodes of Level 9 early.
