Over on cable, Discovery Channel has three Wild Pacific specials, HBO has a Teddy: In His Own Words special, MTV has the sixth season finale of Run’s House, and Travel Channel has the fifth summer season premiere of Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations.

The Secret Life of the American Teenager (ABC Family): New. George and Ashley are trying to help Amy deal with her schedule. Plays again later two more times.
The Closer (TNT): New. Brenda and her squad have to deal with a police impersonator, while investigating the murder of a Internet “Hook-up King.” Plays again Saturday morning and next Monday before the next new episode. Last week’s episode, “Half Loaded,” replays right before. This is another great episode. I tend to gravitate to the more comic episodes of this show and this is one of those, which change things up from last week’s very sad and highly dramatic episode.
Weeds (Showtime): New. Things have jumped ahead six months. Nancy is fully showing and Esteban proposes. But, Nancy finds that he has another woman on the side. Plays again later.
Nurse Jackie (Showtime): New. A friend of Jackie’s checks in to the hospital with terminal lung cancer. Dr. Cooper’s mother reveals a family secret. Plays again later.

Drop Dead Diva (Lifetime): Repeat. Last night’s series premiere episode, “Pilot,” replays.
Make It or Break It (ABC Family): New. The girls’ new coach finds out about them attending a party and puts them through and even harder practice than they were expecting. Plays again late night tomorrow and Friday evening.
Raising the Bar (TNT): New. Jerry takes on the case of a guy who ran over his crooked lawyer. Plays again later.

- Unwrapped (Food Network): New. See how “Lots of Chocolate” is made. A repeat episode follows. Both play again later.
