Prime Picks

NCIS (CBS): New. The strange death of a Marine and his friends seems like it may somehow be linked to Gibbs’ past.

NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS): New. Sam’s former Navy SEAL buddies may be involved in the murder of a drug dealer.

Sons of Anarchy (FX) New. A “charity” club run out of state brings with it some problems, which leaves Gemma in a bad spot with The League. Runs 62 minutes. Plays twice and again later.

Solid Selections

90210 (The CW): New. Sasha takes Dixon to Napa. Annie discovers something shocking. Liam finally may have figured out a way to get revenge on Jen and let Naomi know what really happened.

Melrose Place (The CW): New. Josie Bissett returns as Jane Mancini, Sydney’s sister, and has an announcement. Det. Rodriguez wants to question Violet about her relationship with Sydney. Lauren decides to go all in on her new secret profession. This show isn’t very good, but I’m going to stick it out for a few more episodes, just to see how they utilize and integrate the original cast members they have returning in the coming episodes.

The Good Wife (CBS) New. Alicia takes on the case of a stripper that claims she was raped at a party for a very prominent businessman.

Other Options

  • Chopped (Food Network): Season Finale. Four previous champions compete for the title again and another $10,000. Plays again later.

I’d pick the Forgotten over 2 of your “Prime Picks” and all of your “Solid Picks”. The pilot was pretty good and Bruckheimer has a solid TV record.

Skedoozy, I agree that the forgotten is pretty good, but it is also too similar to Cold Case to standout for me. While The Good Wife isn’t exactly original, it does have a storyline that we haven’t really seen recently. But, Sons of Anarchy is far and away the best show in that timeslot.
