On cable tonight, A&E has an Extreme Paranormal special, History has a Death Masks special, ID has the first season finale of Forensics, Planet Green has an Emeril Green special, Lifetime has Rita Rocks moving to its new night, TLC has the second season premiere of Cake Boss, and VH1 has the second season finale of Real Chance of Love and a No Excuses With Master P special.

One Tree Hill (The CW): New. Dan has Renee on his show. Brooke lets Julian know what she really wants.

Greek (ABC Family): New. Dale and Rusty are trying to cook Thanksgiving dinner and work on their projects over the four-day weekend. Cassie and Rebecca end up hosting a dinner at the ZBZ house for those many that didn’t go home for the holiday. Plays again late night tomorrow. Just another great episode with an ending you won’t want to miss.

Castle (ABC): New. A body of a young man with vampire fangs and a stake in his heart is found in a cemetery and Beckett and Castle are on the case. Starts two minutes after the hour and runs 58 minutes. If you’re a Nathan Fillion fan, you won’t want to miss the opening sequence. Don’t want to give anymore than that away.

Good Eats (Food Network): New. Alton shows you the history of pound cake and how to prepare it. A repeat episode follows. Both play again later.

Lie to Me (FOX): New. Someone from his past pulls Lightman into a dangerous game. The rest of the team is investigating a high school student that has been making threats of murder.

CSI: Miami (CBS): Repeat. Ryan and Calleigh are at risk from a murderer, in “Smoke Gets in Your CSIs” from last season.

  • Gossip Girl (The CW): New. Chuck is hoping that Serena can help him get the word out about his new hotel. Blair tries to help Chuck without him knowing. Jenny is stuck choosing between being the Queen and being friends with Eric.
  • Lincoln Heights (ABC Family): New. Tay heads for a singing contest instead of bonding with Eddie. Jenn has come down with some weird illness. Plays again later.
