For me it would have to be the following, because I’m a huge SciFi geek.
Farscape: The Complete Season 1, 2, 3 & 4 for the Sci-Fi Geek – Includes all 88 episodes and hours of bonus features on 24 discs.
Seems that Willie Nelson gets himself involved in such a variety of musical projects. I wouldn’t mind having the Willie/Wynton set.
Most interested in the Farscape and Sherlock Holmes sets. Never seen either of those.

Farscape: The Complete Season 1, 2, 3 & 4 are mostly to end up in my DVD collection. I’ve always wanted to watch Farscape and Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman is one of my all time favorite shows.
I think it’s Dr Quinn for me. I loved that show but I can’t remember much about it. Only that I loved it so I need to watch it all again!
I might share the Sherlock Holmes DVD’s with mom & dad. I think they might get a kick out of them. I know I want to see them!

Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman is possibly the ultimate guilty pleasure series. Before I experienced Clint Eastwood, Dr. Quinn and Brisco County Jr. taught me to love a good western.
The World Wars because I have always loved history even in school , especially WWII because I went to Hawaii and saw the Pearl Harbor Memorial.
I think it’s gonna be Dr. Quinn, altho we are fans of Sherlock Holmes and Farscape. All of these would actually be great for our collection of DVD’s.
I would love to have the world wars I am a huge history buff.
This would definitely help me out!!! This would take care of my husband and BIL. I don’t have anything bought for them. This would help keep me warm and cozy in my comfy chair instead of at some cold mall.

My husband would be the sci-fi geek, my older son, the history buff, one daughter loves mystery and another romance. The rest would enjoy all. Farscape! I’m a sci-fi fan, and everyone tells me how great this show is. I’ve only seen a smattering of a couple episodes, and would LOVE to start at the beginning so I can become invested in the characters, and take my rightful place among well-read (viewed?) sci-fi geeks. Sherlock and Willie/Wynton will make the best gifts for my family. Dr. Quinn will be a trip down memory lane. The History Channel series will certainly be educational, and a fun in-joke; in my family, we sometimes call it “The Hitler Channel” because the powers that be at ‘The Big H’ love to show WWII stuff :).

Wow! Those collections would pretty much finish up my holiday shopping! My mom, a CBS sales rep, sold air time in Dr. Quinn when it originally aired, and she’d love to own the series. My stepfather would get into Farscape, and I could watch it with him, sci-fi comrades that we are :)
My father, a Vietnam vet, would dig the war series, and my stepmother loves mysteries, so Sherlock Holmes would be a perfect fit. Willie Nelson would be awesome for my sister, a music buff.

I would LOVE to win the Dr Quinn complete series to put under my mother’s christmas tree. In the years I was growing up my mother rarely missed an episode. My mom was the “breadwinner” in my family but not by choice and has had it hard as my father became disabled and unable to work after they had only been married for 4 years. Now 35 years later they are still going strong. I know my mother would love to open up her present on christmas morning and find something that reminds her of happier times. When both myself and my brother were just her little babies. I honestly think my mom might actuallu be happy on christmas if she opened up her present and saw the complete boxed set of Dr Quinn Medicine Woman… christmas hasn’t been the same in our family since my older brother married joined the US Navy and moved. Now christmas pretty much was cancelled based on my brothers completed divorce. He isn’t able to bring the girls up from Florida, at least not this christmas. The World Wars: The Complete History of WWI and WWII is the most likely to end up in my DVD collection. Farscape: The Complete Season 1, 2, 3 & 4 would help me to finish my Christmas shopping by getting me a gift for the sci fi film and TV fan in the family.
Has to be the Farside set. Being a Sci Fi fan, this is a series I ‘missed’ when it was on, before my days as a happy DVR owner which now helps make sure I don’t miss gems like this. Thankfully, occassionally the besty shows do make it to DVD to let some of us attone for our mistakes. Now all we need is to see the complete series of Ed show up on DVD.
I’ve been out of work for a while, and the Farscape collection would be a huge help in my Christmas gift-giving. My dad LOVES Farscape and I’d be thrilled to give it to him this Christmas, but it’s not something I could afford on my own right now. He’d really like the Sherlock Holmes or the History collection, as well, but Farscape would be the best.

Willie Nelson & Wynton Marsalis play Ray Charles – the perfect gift for my husband, a devoted Willie Nelson fan. We’ve seen both Willie & the late Ray Charles in person. A nice reminder of times past.
The World Wars would be the ULTIMATE Christmas for my husband! His collection of military books would and movies would now have the documentary footage to compliment it. With the advent of the Internet he has become involved with several military groups and even hosts an unofficial website/message board for the Valley Forge, which was featured on a west coast TV newscast when 2 former shipmates connected thru it.

I am a huge fan of Willie Nelson. I have seen him in concert several times and I even waited outside a concert once and he came out and was signing autographs and I was actually kissed by him! It would definitely be the Willie Nelson DVD I would love to have.

The World Wars: The Complete History Of Wars I and II would be my choice. My grandfather was in WWI and my Dad in WWII where he was a POW of the Germans and fought in the Battle of Anzio. He received many medals, including 2 Purple Hearts, and having grown up hearing of all of this, I love history.

Dr Quinn, Medicine Woman would be my favorite probably but I am getting these for me. I am mostly confined to my home and watch a lot of TV. TV is so limited that you catch up on most everything in a few hours. I would love to watch all of these. My family will want to borrow them and watch them, too. My brother would claim the Farscape and the World Wars, I & II after every one in the family are through them I would probably donate them to the local libary, IF I could part from them. I’m sure the price of a complete series is not bad, but I still can’t afford it unless I find a sale. I’d give Dr. Quinn to my mom (then I’d borrow it back). My husband would like The World Wars and The Sherlock Holmes Collection.
I would keep Dr. Quinn for myself and Sherlock Holmes for my husband and give The World Wars to my dad!

Farscape the compete season 2 would end up in my collection
This would come in handy for Christmas presents. My Mom likes Dr. Quinn and would like having the DVDs. My nephews would get a kick out of Farscape.
The Farscape series would definitely come in handy for my brother’s Christmas gift – he’s a nerdy tech guy who is so hard to buy for!
The Sherlock Holmes Collection is the series I can’t wait to watch.

You are SO right! There’s something in that long list of DVDs for EVERYONE. I KNOW that the one we would keep is the History one, “World Wars”. My husband was in WWII, so he is always interested in seeing films on that genre.
