On cable tonight, A&E has the first season finale of Steven Seagal: Lawman, Bravo has the first season finale of Launch My Line and the third season premiere of Shear Genius, Planet Green has the series premiere of The Woman Who Stopped Traffic and the third season finale of Living With Ed, and Travel Channel has a two-hour Man v. Food: Live special.
On satellite, Direct TV 101 has the series premiere of Underbelly following Friday Night Lights.

Cougar Town (ABC): New. Laurie goes to Travis for advice. Andy and Grayson try to help Bobby with his re-broken heart. Runs 31 minutes.
Psych (USA): New. Shawn and Gus go on a rafting trip, but Shawn thinks something is not right when a fellow rafter goes overboard. He suspects foul play. Plays again later. The previous two episodes replay in the morning.
Life Unexpected (The CW): Repeat. Monday’s episode, “Rent Uncollected,” replays, where Lux meets her extended family. How great was the casting of the parents/grandparents?
Criminal Minds (CBS): New. A con artist with mental health problems is escalating his crimes as his condition worsens. The team attempts to track him down.
Leverage (TNT): New. A fake psychic, played by Luke Perry (Beverly Hills, 90210), is conning his clients out of everything they have while in pursuit of his own national talk show. Plays again later. Parker, played by @BethJRiesgraf, has become my favorite character on this show and tonight’s episode shows examples of why. While a lot of fun is had on this show, we get a segment tonight where we learn a little more about Parker’s past that shows there is plenty of drama as well. The episode is also put together well by Amy Berg (@bergopolis) and Chris Downey, who wrote the episode. There is a line early in the episode that hints how things are going to end, but even though I heard it, it still didn’t click for me until the end. That’s solid writing and something I’m always glad to see, especially on a show where you know they are going to get the bad guy. Next week is part one of a two-part season finale, which is frakkin fantastic as well.
