Over on cable, Discovery Channel has a Nasty by Nature special, a Killer Whales special and a Tyrannosaurus Sex special, HBO has the series premiere of How to Make It in Ameirca, ID has the series premiere of Prison Wives, MTV has a Sexting in America: When Privates Go Public special, Science has a Predicting Monster Earthquakes special, Style has the third season premiere of Ruby and a Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane special, TLC has a Sextistics: Your Love Life special, and VH1 has the third season premiere of Tool Academy.

In late night, VH1 has the series premiere of Peak Season.

The Simpsons (FOX): New. Homer and Marge are part of the curling team at the Winter Olympics. Runs 30 minutes.

Cold Case (CBS): New. The team is looking into the case of a graffiti artist killed in 1983. Meanwhile, Valens finds out more about the person who mugged his mother, Miller’s ex wants joint custody, and Rush has her own legal problems on the rise.
