Prime Picks

Human Target (FOX): New. A royal family member has relinquished the throne for love, but ends up as the target of an assassin.

Criminal Minds (CBS): New. Hotch and the BAU team joins up with another group in San Francisco to investigate a string of murdered homeless men. This episode is meant to play as a backdoor “Pilot” for a spin-off series.

Being Erica (SOAPnet): Season Finale. Erica comes to some big decisions. Plays again tomorrow afternoon. This is such a good episode. You don’t want to miss the last segment of this episode, so great. It works as both a series ender and a season ender. I hope it ends up being the latter, but there is no official word either way, as of yet.

Solid Selections

The New Adventures of Old Christine (CBS): New. A trip to Florida with Ritchie doesn’t work out as Christine had planned.
Accidentally on Purpose (CBS): New. Billie hires a nurse for the baby without consulting Zack. Davis and Ryan learn something about the nurse that leaves them conflicted on what to do with it.

MythBusters (Discovery Channel): New. The guys set out to investigate the best way to lose another car in a “Spy Car Escape.” Plays again later. A repeat episode plays right before.

In Plain Sight (USA): New. The first witness that Mary and Marshall ever had together may be in danger after a break-in. Plays again later.

Other Options

  • CSI: NY (CBS): New. Stella doesn’t believe that the death of a woman was a suicide, even though all signs point to it. She risks her own life to prove she is right.
  • Dinner: Impossible (Food Network): New. Robert is tasked with a cooking challenge at the Red Rock Balloon Rally. Plays again later.

Regarding Peep Show and That Mitchell & Webb Look, either worth the watch?

sprspndx, give PeepShow a watch, it’s great. It’s one of the best UK comedy shows in ages. The style and the way it’s shot is really different than nearly everything else. The same 2 guys who are on PeepShow are on That Mitchell & Webb Look, but I didn’t get into that show, but at least give PeepShow a try.
