Tonight, ABC has an America Celebrates July 4th at Ford’s Theater and CBS has the series finale of Miami Medical.

Over on cable, Syfy has the second season finale of Merlin.

Prime Picks

Friday Night Lights (NBC): New. Coach Taylor and Buddy are attempting to make a park safe for the East Dillon players. Tami is feeling some distance from Coach. Julie may have made a new friend.

Flashpoint (CBS): New. A shock jock is holding a politician hostage live on the air and threatening to kill him.

Merlin (Syfy): Season Finale. Merlin is searching for the one man that can put an end to an attack by the Great Dragon. Plays again later. The first 12 episodes of season two replay leading up tonight’s season finale episode.

Other Option

• The Good Guys (FOX): Repeat. This past Monday’s episode, “$3.52,” replays. I know on Monday I posted that this would no longer be repeating on Fridays, but later that day, FOX announced that Friday replays would resume for the foreseeable future.

• ESPN has two 2010 FIFA World Cup games early and later NASCAR racing action with the Nationwide Series: Subway Jalapeño 250.
• ESPN2 has Men’s semifinal coverage of Wimbledon early.
• Golf Channel has second round coverage of the AT&T National golf tournament.

• Memphis Beat (TNT): Repeat. This past Tuesday’s episode, “Baby, Let’s Play House,” replays.
