On cable tonight, A&E has the second season finale of Billy the Exterminator, Animal Planet has the series premiere of Confessions: Animal Hoarding, Spike TV has the season premiere of Pros vs. Joes, and TLC has the third season finale of I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant.
