30 Rock (NBC): Repeat. The “Anna Howard Shaw Day” episode replays, where Liz tries to keep from feeling lonely on Valentine’s Day.

Burn Notice (USA): New. Burt Reynolds guest-stars as an ex-CIA operative that needs Michael’s help after he begins being targeted by Russian spies. Plays again later. Last week’s episode, “Entry Point,” replays earlier in the day.

Royal Pains (USA): New. A popular Hamptons food truck owner seems to be exhibiting odd behavior and Hank figures out what is causing it. Plays again later. Last week’s episode, “In Vino Veritas,” replays earlier in the day.
