Tonight, FOX has the seventh season finale of Hell’s Kitchen.

Over on cable, ABC Family has the first season finale of Pretty Little Liars, Bravo has the fourth season premiere of Flipping Out, Discovery Channel has the second season premiere of Swords: Life on the Line, ID has the first season finale of I Escaped: Real Prison Breaks, IFC has the fourth season finale of The IT Crowd, and Oxygen has the series premiere of Hair Battle Spectacular.
