Prime Picks

Undercovers (NBC): New. Steven and Samantha are tasked with retrieving a CIA hard drive that has gone missing, which takes them to Ireland. Note: This is the best option in the first hour of primetime by default. It isn’t very good, but there isn’t anything better. Cougar Town (ABC): New. Grayson is going to tell Jules about him and Laurie. Travis thinks that Kylie isn‘t devoted to him. Starts a minute after the half hour and runs 29 minutes.

Terriers (FX): New. Hank and Britt are looking for an antique engagement ring, but end up on a wild goose chase. Runs 61 minutes. Plays twice and again later.

Solid Selections

The Middle (ABC): New. Axl gets suspended from school and Mike sets out to teach him a lesson. Meanwhile, Brick can’t figure out a magic trick he is doing.
Better With You (ABC): New. Casey has a plan he is trying out to keep him out of fights with Mia.

Criminal Minds (CBS): New. A serial killer that goes after married couples is being profiled by the BAU team. Hotchner looks to fill JJs role with another member of the team.

The Defenders (CBS): New. Nick realizes that a potential client could go away for quite some time in what looked like a simple arson case. Pete attempts to help a lottery winner that lost all his money at a casino.

Other Options

  • The Next Iron Chef (Food Network): Repeat. This past Sunday’s episode, “Innovation,” replays. Plays again later.
