Get Sons of Anarchy S.2 on DVD via AmazonOn cable tonight, Animal Planet has the third season finale of Lost Tapes, Bravo has the second season premiere of The Fashion Show, Oxygen has the fifth season finale of The Bad Girls Club, and Spike TV has the series premiere of Auction Hunters.

Prime Picks

No Ordinary Family (ABC): New. The Powells attempt to stop using their powers when Stephanie’s parents come for a surprise visit.

Stargate Universe (Syfy): New. Doctor Rush and Colonel Young end up trapped on a derelict ship. Plays again later.

Sons of Anarchy (FX): New. SAMCRO sets out to prove that there is a rat in the local club that has been helping Jimmy. Runs 65 minutes. Plays twice and again later. Another great episode, which sets things up for next week’s incredible episode.

Solid Selections

Glee (FOX): New. The glee club members are start using a strategy first used by Finn and Sam to curb their urges.

Life Unexpected (The CW): New. Cate goes drinking with Paige in hopes or learning more about Ryan’s ex. The guys have a guy’s night out. Sadly, The CW has decided to end this season at 13 episodes, which doesn’t bode well for it getting a third season. GiveMeMyRemote.com has some good ideas on ways to save the show.

The Good Wife (CBS): New. Michael J. Fox guest stars as an attorney that uses his disability to sway the jury and catches Alicia, Will and Diane off guard.

  • NCIS (CBS): New. Robert Wagner is back as Dinozzo’s father, who plays a key role in a murder investigation.
  • NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS): New. The murder of a retired Army sergeant may have been committed by terrorists.
  • One Tree Hill (The CW): New. Nathan’s new career is bolstered by a trip to Atlanta. Chase decides what to do about Alex and Mia.
  • Parenthood (NBC): New. Sarah is exploring things with Gordon, which creates tension with Drew and Amber. Haddie finds something out about Alex.
  • Raising Hope (FOX): New. Hope comes down with her first cold, which puts the family in a panic.
  • Tower Prep (Cartoon Network): New. “Buffer.”

Sports Note

  • ESPN2 has college football action with Toledo at Northern Illinois.

Late Night

  • Terriers (FX): Repeat. Last Wednesday’s episode, “Pimp Daddy,” replays.
