I was sad to hear of actor Leslie Nielson’s passing last night. He will be missed. You probably remember him from movies like Airplane! and The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad!, which are two of my favorite comedies ever. But, if you’ve never seen the short-lived TV series from which the latter came, you’ve missed out. If you were to ask me to recommend a top ten list of all-time comedy series, Police Squad! The Complete Series would most definitely be on it.
