Over on cable, Bravo has a Watch What Happens: Live: Andy’s New Year’s Party special, HBO has a Bette Midler: The Showgirl Must Go On special, MTV has MTV’s New Year’s Eve Bash 2011, and Showtime has a Tom Arnold: That’s My Story and I’m Sticking to It special.

In late night, ABC has Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2011 and FOX has New Year’s Eve Live.
