On cable tonight, BBC America has the fourth season premiere of Primeval and HGTV has the series premiere of Candace Tells All and the fourth season premiere of Dear Genevieve.

Prime Picks

V (ABC): Repeats. The “Pilot” episode replays followed by the last two episodes of season one, “Fruition” and “Red Sky.”

Primeval (BBC America): Season Premiere. Abby and Rory finally make it back from the Cretaceous period only to find a new ARC team and the jobs in jeopardy. Plays again later.

V (ABC): Repeat. The first season finale episode, “Red Sky,” replays. The second season premieres on Tuesday, January 4th with a very good episode.

  • ABC has the Outback Bowl with Penn State vs. Florida.
  • EPSN has tripleheader college bowl action consisting of the Capital One Bowl with Alabama vs. Michigan State, the Rose Bowl with Wisconsin vs. TCU, and the Fiesta Bowl with Connecticut vs. Oklahoma.
  • EPSN2 has college basketball action with Virginia at Marquette followed by the Gator Bowl with Michigan vs. Mississippi State.
