On cable tonight, A&E has the series premiere of Beyond Scared Straight and TLC has the fifth season premiere of Police Women of Cincinnati.

NBC’s new three-hour comedy block premieres next Thursday night, January 20th.

Prime Picks

Community (NBC): Repeat. The “Conspiracy Theories and Interior Design” episode from earlier this season replays, where Abed and Troy build a giant blanket and pillow fort.
Community (NBC): Repeat. The “Mixology Certification” episode from earlier this season replays, where everyone decides to take Troy out to a bar after they learn it is his 21st birthday.

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC): New. Arizona continues to try to make things right with Callie. Teddy has a big decision to make. The residents get new interns. The Chief has an announcement. Runs 61 minutes.

Private Practice (ABC): New. Addison is trying to stay away from Dr. Rodriguez. Sheldon give Charlotte a referral to a friend to get some psychiatric help. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.

Hamburger Paradise (Travel Channel): Repeat. Great places to get a burger around the country are profiled. Plays again later.

The Office (NBC): Repeats. The two-part “Niagara” episode from last season replays, where Jim and Pam get married.

30 Rock (NBC): Repeats. The “Reaganing” episode from earlier this season replays, where Jack is having a perfect day. Loved this episode. Then the “College” episode from earlier this season replays.

• Ace of Cakes (Food Network): New. A cake is made of Betty White and her animal charity. Runs 30 minutes. Plays again later.

• ESPN has doubleheader college basketball action.
• ESPN2 has tripleheader college basketball action.
