Parks and Recreation (NBC): New. Leslie is trying to plan the Harvest Festival and comes down with the flu. Andy and Ron do a little bonding.

Nikita (The CW): New. Alex has now completed her training and is now an agent. She gets her new living situation and cover job. Nikita lets Ryan in on a secret that shocks him.

Fairly Legal (USA Network): New. Kate is mediating a case between the state and a man that was falsely imprisoned for 22 years. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes. Plays again later. Last week’s series premiere episode, “Pilot,” replays earlier in the day.
