Get Parks & Recreation S.2 at AmazonTonight, CBS has Rules of Engagement on its new night.

Over on cable, HBO has a Thurgood documentary, TLC has a Babies Behind Bars special, and USA Network has the second season finale of Royal Pains.

Bones will be back with new episodes on March 10th.

The Vampire Diaries (The CW): New. Elena, Stefan, and Damon decide to try and use Katherine’s knowledge to their advantage. Caroline tries to get Matt’s attention in a new way. Alaric confesses something to Jenna.

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC): New. Meredith’s eyesight is starting to be affected by her fertility treatments. Mark, Callie and Arizona a talk about his role as the father. Runs 61 minutes.

The Mentalist (CBS): New. Evidence in the murder of an antiques dealer seems to point to someone in the CBI.

Community (NBC): New. Greendale is having its first student body elections and Annie, Jeff, Leonard and Star Burns are all running. Meanwhile, the school is preparing for a visit from the vice president. Runs 30 minutes.

The Office (NBC): New. Todd Packer returns from the road hoping for a desk job. Andy and Pam are fighting over a new computer.
Parks and Recreation (NBC): New. Ron and Leslie are getting a commendation fro the upcoming Harvest Festival. April and Andy are trying to have fun without having to spend money.

Private Practice (ABC): New. Cooper and Charlotte find out they still have a few secrets from each other while in couples therapy. Sheldon has a patient that is claiming to have multiple personalities. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.

  • Rules of Engagement (CBS): New. Jeff thinks he has the day to himself until the cleaning lady shows up. Starts a minute after the half hour and runs 29 minutes.
